Our History

Our origins and progress through the years

RVN Technology Solutions Inc. began as RVN Communication Marketing, a single proprietorship established in 2007 RVN’s first offered key telephone systems (IP and analog phones and voice loggers for telephone recording systems It its first two years, RVN delivered to and served 40 various clients.

In 2009 RVN released VoiceLink, its Asterisk based IP PBX (Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange) System Solution This would prove to be RVN’s first key software offering By this year, RVN’s network grew to 100 clients. The year 2010 saw improvements to VoiceLink, enhancing it further by the addition of the Call Center Module Also, RVN began offering closed circuit television (CCTV) monitoring systems.

In 2011 RVN moved to its new office at 8 Antonio Centre Building More products were added to its portfolio, such as IP based and Analog GSM Gateways, VOIP Gateways and IP Phones RVN also launched TxTLink SMS based solutions in this year RVN’s client network had increased to 200 clients already, a sustaining proof of its clients’ continuing approval of our products and services In 2012 RVN had its client network grow to 250 and obtained exclusive distributorship with Maxvoice, a Singaporean contact center solutions firm, and partnership with Witura Malaysia for its OEM multi channel GSM terminal.

RVN in 2013 added its IT outsourcing/cloud services and call center setups, contributing to the increase in clients to more than 300 In 2014 RVN Technology Solutions Inc was established, enabling it to be more competitive Also, www.rvnsolutions.com was launched to leverage the company’s online presence and reach its current and potential customers In the same year, RVN launched its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution.

RVN Technology Solutions Inc flourished further in 2015 and 2016 securing the confidence of more clients through its hardware and software products and services In 2017 RVN launched its all new TxTLink PRO SMS Solution with significant improvements and added features And recently, RVN offers M 2 SYS eGov Platform System which aims to provide digital solutions to government office in partnership with M2SYS Inc.
